In today’s society it has become so common for women who have successful careers, to wait until later in life to attempt to start families. But what happens after you have been married for years and now you are in a place in your life where you are ready to actually conceive and are told….You cant. Infertility has always been a taboo topic for many women who are either in child bearing age or past it. With so many options available in today’s world of technology it would seem those situations would be few to none. However its not. Aisha reveals on her Day time show “The talk” how devastating it has been for her and her husband of over 20 years to conceive and why recently after a host of treatments and exploring other options they have decided to stop trying. While she is not completely against adoption she feels at this time because of the emotional tear this has caused on her and her husband it is just best to wait and allow things to progress as time goes by. Aisha is one of many women who face this dilemma every day and it leads to the question…When is it too late to try to conceive? And how does the inability to conceive change the marriage?
