I know , we are all so excited to begin our NEW healthy Rituals so many have been talking about, whether it be juicing, clean eating, working out more frequently and consistently, going vegan, vegetarian , pescetarians( follow similar lifestyle of vegetarians , with a few exceptions) or all of the above. However there are some steps you should all do before jumping in head first!  It is so important to prepare your body for any new lifestyle adaption, whether it be consulting with your doctor if you are on medications as well as  detoxing your body among other things, depending on your health and your current routines.  You must detox!
