Kick Start 2014 With Your New Healthy Life Style But First………

I know , we are all so excited to begin our NEW healthy Rituals so many have been talking about, whether it be juicing, clean eating, working out more frequently and consistently, going vegan, vegetarian , pescetarians( follow similar lifestyle of vegetarians , with a few exceptions) or all of the above. However there are some steps you should all do before jumping in head first!  It is so important to prepare your body for any new lifestyle adaption, whether it be consulting with your doctor if you are on medications as well as  detoxing your body among other things, depending on your health and your current routines.  You must detox! What is a detox and why ? Well its pretty simple. You ever wonder why diets don’t last? For one I never think of new healthy lifestyles as a diet, because its temporary. Normally people diet to obtain a certain goal health and fitness wise and once its obtained they are back to their old habits of eating and lack of exercise. This causes the body weight to fluctuate  and body organs to gain stress, causing most times delayed or quick health issues. Detoxing cleans out the internal organs of all build up, and undigested foods that are needed to be released so your new health routine will actually be successful.   • HAPPY NEW YEAR BRAVESTARS!!! Hope each and everyone of you, had an amazing first start of the year! Many of you have your goals, had your mind set and you were ready to go! BUT then Next day came and its same routine. And your question is HOW DO I KICK INTO GEAR MY NEW YEAR, NEW ME? Trust me I know. how you feel. It is always easier to just fall back into your old routine and say to your self ” Ill do it tomorrow” “Ill work on that thing tomorrow” etc. BUT the thing is , how are you so arrogant to believe that you will have tomorrow? You know so many times we trick our self into believing that we will always have more time , when the truth is , you do not always have  more time. I am a firm believer in , What is for you, will be for you. No two people will ever have the same purpose or destiny nor the same journey to get there, however you can miss your season. And by missing your season you will miss the blessing’s and the lesson’s you were suppose to receive for that season, which would help you to get to your destination. Even with me knowing this i know , it is still some day’ s I JUST SIMPLY DO NOT FEEL LIKE DOING IT. So often People Ask me did you really change your LIFESTYLE in order to get the results you wanted and why did you do it. Well My answer is YES and because it was NECESSARY. Often times we are just so complacent and we go on living our life, eating horrible, drinking and living a life full of socializing, being mother’s, chasing dreams, being wives and everything else you can think of, that we take little to no time to focus on ourselves. It has become  increasingly difficult, especially when you have the world glorifying being thick, hippie and having a big butt, is means and direct access to success , resulting in over eating and over consuming, risk taking such as injections, implants and much more .  The most we do as a whole is  focus on keeping toned or appearing toned in the stomach area, while you have the other  one’s who feel the skinnier you are the better fit you are to walk the run ways of Paris, London and Milan, as well as grace covers of Vogue, Elle or any other popular fashion /fitness magazine, resulting in eating disorders, drug addictions and even death. Hello Brave Stars!…I know , i know, when we think about working out , we think, hard, sweaty, miserable! Well i have news for you, becoming active has many more rewards than none!…With a society being so consumed with diabetes, cancer, obesity, heart disease and high blood pressure amongst other things, its imperative that we get active and healthy! Notice i didn’t say skinny:). Its about being healthy whatever that means for your body frame. But most importantly its about whats going on in the inside.
