First i want to make it very clear the below update is not confirming for sure that the below suspect is indeed the person who killed Tommy Head’s. However it is indeed information unreleased that associates the two. A few Months ago there were very little details about suspects surrounding death of Dallas’s Tommy Cashaw” Heads ( please read below for more details) Now new disturbing information has lead investigators to believe the same young man who has been now revealed to be a young man by the name of Kadarius Demond Barrett also known as “KD” was involved in another capitol Murder this past weekend At a southeast Oak Cliff Home on Saturday 10/12/2013. Officers say 19yr old Barrett walked through the front door of a home in the 6600 block of Cool Morn Dr around 7pm after accusing several people within the home of robbing him, shot 28yr old Stephanie Terlisner in the chest, who was also pregnant at time of shooting. The hone is known as a “Drug Smoke House” by investigators. No futher details have been released.
DALLAS – Police said a man was fatally shot in an attempted robbery early Tuesday morning outside a Dallas nightclub.
The First 48..Dallas Edition..will be discussing and showing their ongoing investigation to catch the suspects who shot and murdered Tommy Heads, Also known as “Cashaw”. This is one of the many cases of Murders that have been left unsolved in The Dallas Communities, and it appears that one of the major things holding the investigation up is the “HOOD” Mentality of What many call Snitching. It alarms me how so many in the inner cities complain about how many crimes are committed or how the Police and the system are not helping them or contributing to fixing the problems they face, yet NO ONE seems to want to cooperate when it comes to resolving the brutal murders that are committed in their very own neighborhoods. So many of our Youth are gunned down by senseless acts of Ignorance based on their perception of POWER. Some reason , robbing, shooting, and killing people seems to be praised and in some cases even encouraged to withhold the stigma of being REAL. When is the NO snitching rule no longer valid? What has to happen to get people to realize that being an accomplice is just as bad as committing the murder yourself. How many of our youth have to grow up in fatherless homes, How many of your son’s, daughters, kids, have to be lost in the system, or even worst buried before their time, before we realize WE are the problem! Dont wait until its, your bother, your father, your son, or your loved one, before you take a stand and Help other families end this brutal reality!. One thing is for sure, Who ever came up with this rule of No Snitching Must have NEVER lost a loved one to a brutal death, because i cant even imagine someone knowing who did this and living everyday with the guilt of Knowing that children will have to grow up without a father, a mother has to bury her son, a sister has lost her brother, and friends have lost their confidant. Not sure how so many people could be around and NOT see anything, The girlfriend who was there didn’t get hurt, so what happened? Did she run, Did she black out? Did she call police? Can she identify the suspects? And if not why? If she was right there when he was murdered. Where their camera’s at the club? IF so where is the footage? And if not WHY!? So many questions and not enough answers. what do you suppose the solutions be? How do we stop this, are you apart of the problem and if Not are you BRAVE enough to take a stand. I want to be perfectly clear , this is not a racial issue! This is a human issue!, no matter your , religion, ethnicity, creed or gender, it is a Problem in many neighborhoods and especially our urban neighborhoods and until the communities take a stand it will never change, it is time to break the generational curses of these Toxic mentalities holding back our communities. Will your loved one be next?
Info on What happened On February 19,2013, The day Yet another Murder took place.
Tommy “Cashaw”Heads, 35, was fatally shot and killed during an attempted robbery/altercation located at Chocolate City Night Club, located in the 2300 block of S. Beckley Ave In Dallas Texas. According to sources Tommy who was with his girlfriend at the time were allegedly involved in an argument either with each other or some one else while inside the club at about 1:15 a.m on 02/19/2013, according to a statement released by Sr. Cpl. Sherri Jeffrey, of the Dallas Police Department, Statement also stated, Allegedly as they were walking towards their vehicle leaving the establishment , several men approached them, at least one of the men was armed, demanded money and shot Heads leaving him for dead, Heads was then transported to a nearby hospital, where he was later pronounced deceased. Investigators said the girlfriend wasn’t harmed, however it is unsure if or how she or Heads may have known the possible suspects.(there are several conflicting stories, and not enough cooperation from any witnesses to determine what the true motive other than robbery was).Tommy Heads Leaves behind two children, ages 8 and 12., who can be seen on the clip below Expressing their grief over their Brutally murdered father….Police are said to be actively investigating Tommy “Cashaw “Head;s murder, yet they have little to no leads, as to Why, who, and where the suspects are located. They are asking if you know or hear about possible tips leading to the arrest of possible suspects to contact the Dallas police dept Immediately. The Details they do have on Possible lead suspects and their involvement are not being released at this time.

No there hasn’t been any further updates that ive seen. I do know an arrest was made, however no further information has been released other than to the families of the victims. I will contact some people today and post any updates this week. Also The 48hr special was never aired. Due to not enough people had come forward with what they knew until recently. I am unsure if they will be preparing to re air the episode, i can find that out soon as well. #B.Michavery

These are crimes that we will never fully understand, And its even more disturbing how no one seems to know what happen but it was tons of club goers around who could at least give a description of what they saw. He was my nephew and I really would like to know who could do such a thing to such a good kid. I am praying that whoever did this has no rest until they confess that they killed my baby!! God already knows. Its just a matter of time! A matter of short time. You will be found and brought to justice. I’ve forgiven you, but you still have to man up!!!
