While no im not a expert etc, i have been blessed and gifted with the ability to Motivate, encourage, and inspire people to be amazing through life experiences and much more! Ive been around alot, involved in alot and done MUCH MORE so the ability to transform those experiences into something great has truly been GOD’s work!.No Im far from perfect and i will NEVER JUDGE SOMEONE based on decisions they make, i due feel a sense of responsiblity to show others another perspective. Being that we live in a society where perception seems to cloud reality!…And there is a diffrence!. From people emailing me questions, texting me for advice, commenting on my facebook topics, needing advice on music industry , how to start, what to do etc, legal advice( yes it helps to be obtaining my Bachelors in Entertainment Law, Business Owner, Etc. I have been around a while!..Although im still rather young, i have been in the industry for almost 10 years, beginning with my Magazine (Ladi Dynasty, Then becoming an artist, a publicist a P.R and Later a Manager of a Artist Group and consulting Many artist on their development!. My journey is yet only beginning, With a Book coming Out in Next Spring, a documentary under my Belt for The official Campaign (T.a.t.o.o) Talking about things others oppose, A mini series in the making and So much more! I figured why not open the forum to people who wanted to ask me things and didnt know how to contact me or if i was even opened to listening! I am full of advice, motivation etc, i love helping people and assisting with people’s needs etc!…NOW i must be honest! I am a realist so i hope you are prepared for the Honest Truth! Artist to watch!….Lianne La Havas…Dope Dope and MORE Dope!
Now anyone who knows me KNOWS i am a Connoisseur of amazing and innovative music! Yes im in the ‘Hip Hop” industry but i LOVR all things music, which ranges from r&b , country , hip hop (real Hip HOP), INDIE, rock, classical and on and on! So when i came across this young lady i was so excited! Its like a breath of fresh air, with her thick vocals, strong accent and musical talent, i knew she was something special!.The singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist just released her debut album, Is Your Love Big Enough this week in the UK. Known for her soulful folky sound, the 22 year-old has been making waves in the London scene since 2010. Citing her background for her eclectic musical influences (her mother is Jamaican and her father is Greek), she says she is inspired by an array of artists and musicians.

Meet James Holmes: Aurora Theater Masscre shooter…..COLORADO KILLER
We all are familiar with the tragedy that took place this past weekend in Colorado, at the midnight premiere of Dark Knight Rises. a suburban neighborhood right outside of Denver, 12 people are confirmed dead, and 38 people have been injured, and of that 38 many are in critical condition. Sadly the gunmen, James Holmes, did not discriminate, aiming at children, babies, and adults of all races. I don’t know what kind of evil or sickness leads an ex-medical school student to do such as thing, but I do know this crime is an unnecessary evil. So meet James Holmes…a 24 year old serial killer……..I’m not sure what the world has come to where we have people in-bedded with such evil intentions with NO REMORSE…and who our society will most likely deem as mental and will give him a lesser sentence or a lenient one based on it!……Something has GOT to change.

It’s no secret that today’s society values a woman with ample curves, especially a round derriere. And with that knowledge, women (and in some cases men) have been getting involved with butt injections, to plump up their booties. Some go about it via a doctor but too many others seek alternative routes that usually are performed by people who’s medical license was generated by Microsoft Publisher.( meaning FAKE) Such is the case with Padge Windslowe who calls herself Black Madam. According to ABC News, the Philadelphia resident was charged with murder, after autopsy results showed that a 20 year old London resident died after attending a “pumping party.”….Victim(Below) Sad how so many women do not value their bodies as is and just work with what they have, Everyone dreams now adays are to be in the latest videos and mostly thats all they have going for themselves is the adoration from men and women in most cases. Colorado Shooting At Batman Movie Screening Multiple Killed!
Early This Morning at a Movie Theater in Aurora, Colorado 24 year-old gunman James Holmes walked into a crowded screening of THE DARK KNIGHT RISES and opened fired on movie goers. Reportedly wearing a gas mask, bullet proof vest and was armed with tear gas. National News Reporters at CNN are reporting the gunman has shot and killed 12 people, although the number of wounded are reportedly at 30-40 people!.. President OBAMA has made a statement regarding the incident, Saying “Michelle and I are shocked and saddenedby the horrific and tragic shooting in Colorado. Federal and local law enforcement are still responding, and my Administration will do everything that we can to support the people of Aurora in this extraordinarily difficult time. We are committed to bringing whoever was responsible to justice, ensuring the safety of our people, and caring for those who have been wounded. As we do when confronted by moments of darkness and challenge, we must now come together as one American family. All of us must have the people of Aurora in our thoughts and prayers as they confront the loss of family, friends, and neighbors, and we must stand together with them in the challenging hours and days to come”……..This story is still developing ..

“Intuition Speaks” Spiritual Alignment”…
In life you have to take the time out to be spiritually connected. Most times so many people are giving out so much of themselves, emotionally, mentally, physically (yes physically, stay tuned for my Power of the P. post)! and spiritually( spiritual alignment is different from being religiously connected). That they don’t get a chance to realize no one has fed into them until they are at a point of breaking down. When you are drained in all or one of the above areas, it can tear on your spirit, and show in your everyday agenda. When this happens its mandatory to sit back and reevaluate your life at the current moment and for the future. Expecially when you are a business person, in a career constantly moving, or a parent with many responsibilities, whatever it is you do you have to take care of your mental health and state and well as your spirit. hard to think and be positive when you are not aligned. This is easier said than done i know but below are some steps i have taken and i take often just to gain serenity and some peace of mind.
1. Find you a place where you can just relax, (bedroom, bathroom, closet, hotel, WHEREVER). before you do this take a hot bath , candles, warm lemon water, smooth music( sounds like a romantic scene, i know but you have to know how to romance yourself 🙂 and just MEDITATE, say a prayer and clear your mind of everything at that moment, silence the noise!..This is very important, take a few deep breaths and just be still. If your able to stretch your body, do a few relaxation moves(yoga is really good!) take a warm bath and just be still.! Oil yourself and talk to yourself silently with affirmations of peace, prosperity, greatness etc, feel yourself with POSITIVE energy!..Love on yourself!
2. When you are done, get a journal and write out your feelings, fears, things bothering you, your wants desires etc and when your done LEAVE IT THERE!. don’t continue to carry it with you on a daily! In order to begin fresh you must release all negativity in your mind! you are what you think, and your thoughts become reality so you MUST CHANGE THAT FIRST.

Former Hot Boy Rapper/B.G Sentenced to 14 Years Federal Prison
B.G was stopped by police in 2009 in Eastern New Orleans during a traffic stop. B.G, Demounde Pollard, 20 and Jerod Fedison, 30 were all stopped. Police found three guns, loaded magazines,and later determined that the car had been stolen from an Alamo rental car parking lot. Pollard confessed to ownership of the guns, but police later determined that he’d done so at Dorsey’s request. When the state criminal case moved to federal court, Pollard and Fedison pleaded guilty, which opened up an avenue to charge Dorsey. The Cash Money rapper had confessed to the gun possession and obstruction charges, but refused to cooperate with police. Pollard took a plea deal and was sentenced to 30 months in prison and Fedison, whose rap sheet was longer, received a 20-year bid.
