I can not express just how amazing this woman is ! I have been following her for a while and her story is non short of Incredible! She is a motivation to anyone facing, illness, uncertainty, financial issues, lack of inspiration and much more but are determined to make it through!. I am always the first one to speak about the importance of not allowing your stumbling blocks to turn into Concrete stones. The key to overcoming anything in life is your perspective. You must first believe there is always away out and then set yourself in determination to overcome and see yourself through. Natalie is a beautiful woman who once faced, divorce, losing her home, misdiagnosed illness, and possibility of losing her home, all while being overweight, depressed and completely lost in a world that appeared so perfect to outsiders. It took 2 yrs for her to be properly diagnosed with CELLAC SPRUE- an autoimmune genetic disease, which occurs when the body does not properly recognize or digest gluten products, causing the immune system to attack their digestive track, causing symptoms of abdominal pains, bloating, intense stomach cramping . chest paid, tiredness, swollen lymph nodes etc! If you have any of these symptoms it is imperative to advise your physician to test you to see if you are diagnosed with the above. Because it is such a rarely diagnosed or tested disease it is imperative you learn as much as you can and be aware that those symptoms are not normal. Natalie is a published author , health advocate, fitness model, fitness coach, mother, wife, and get this she is doing all of this at the age of 41! She became a fitness model at the age of 39, now dedicating her life to bringing awareness and providing a fitness platform to inspire uplift and guide you to your fitness goals!!
