Ok so we all have those moments of Being excited and happy about this supernatural body you want, or your idea of what being “fit” is and you hit it hard the first couple days or even months, but then you gradually stop. And you get back into your routine habits of eating horrible, no working out, lack of sleep, little to no water intake, tons of drinking, partying and so forth so on. You look up and you are just miserable! Your body is totally out of shape, and your ready for a change, FINALLY for real this time. So what do you do!?…..Well yesterday i talked about Vision boards, and the importance of seeing things in persistent and bold ways! With Implementing vision boards you are able to see what you want and when you continue to see it EVERYDAY ALL DAY, it becomes a habit. So what does this have to do with you right now at this moment?….Its very simple, if your like many of the people in the world, the biggest set back we face is procrastination and fear of the unknown. SO often we don’t allow ourselves to grow to our full potential and that includes our health and lifestyles. Truth is we live in a society full of obesity, sickness and horrible eating habits. And part of my journey to a better lifestyle came with the realization of i don’t want to be a young woman who isn’t active, taking a ton of pills daily for high blood pressure, and diabetic medications, lack energy, bad skin and yes ill be vain for a second, cant fit my clothes, belly hanging over my pants and looking miserable! So i made the change. but its not easy , it has become easier, but its not easy! Some days i want that big ole fat juicy hamburger! And im not saying you cant have it, however moderation is key! The importance of knowing what you put into your body and how it affects your body is imperative. below are some tips to becoming a healthier you! And better you. and more fulfilled you. Cause truth is, how can you follow your dreams and goals in life if you don’t feel good about yourself? If you are not confident in the person you are inside and out? Im not saying every woman should be a figure 8 or a size 2, because honestly just because you are skinny doesn’t mean that you are healthy. Its about more than “looking” good, you must feel good and actually be good on the inside.

Health Fitness Vision Board:
1. Plan your meals( look up recipes and create healthy eating recipes based on healthy food options, when you plan your meals and you prepare them, it makes it that much easier to eat right because once you prepare your meals you actually see what and how much you are putting into your body.
2.Set fitness goals( What is your ultimate goal and how are you gonna get there? whether its weight-loss,lower your blood pressure, get off certain medicines etc. Set the goals and follow through)
3.Create a list of foods to avoid( there are tons of foods no matter if they are labels healthy or not, are just not good for you, you must know what foods to avoid )
4. Make a set day for you to treat yourself( if you know you love chocolate, give yourself one day out of the week after consistently putting healthy habits into play, to enjoy one candy bar!( Not the whole chocolate cake though ) 🙂
5. Be consistent!( very important, you must stick to it)
6. Create a workout plan( get friends, join classes, join a gym whatever it is you have to do to stay creative in adding cardio, and working out at least 3/5 days a week, no matter how healthy you eat, results come when the two are joined.You must have them both coincide in order to actually see healthy results!
7.track your progress ( very important to keep a log of how your doing on your journey, this will keep you motivated to keep going, when you see its actually paying off!

Brave Stars its very important to realize that results are not immediate, anything worth having takes work. Don’t give up on yourself, because in a week you don’t see results or a month you are not the size you want to be. Dont go in this with the negative viewpoint, think positive and be optimistic! Stay off that scale 🙂 remember inches count, but even more important your inside can not be measured on a scale or by a inch measuring tape! 🙂 Dont wait until the top of the year to create a lie about you making changes, do it now! Your life is waiting!!!

    1. Hi there! Thank you for stopping by! 🙂 Honestly in order for me to write, and make sure its everything i want it to be. I get in a quiet place, and i first write out on paper what exactly it is i want to express. I don’t worry about who will like what, or guard my thoughts, because i must be authentically present when i write. Then after i write it out i look over everything, and let it sit. Then couple hours later after all original feelings of the moment past, i re read and then put it together, rather effortlessly. 🙂 #B.Michavery
