Many know KEKE Palmer as an Actress, singer and for those who know her personally or follow her on social media know that she is very vocal about her views, emotions and vulnerabilities as a woman. KeKe has been in the industry for years however she has always been the girl next door type of woman who you feel so comfortable with and are eager to hear what she has to say.  Recently she was given the opportunity that this generation has needed and never seen, we haven’t had a show even close to this since BET launched Teen Summit over 15 years ago. KeKe’s new show is a breath of fresh air, unbiased, honest conversations geared towards channeling the thoughts and experiences many young adults face on a daily. Making History as the Youngest African American woman to have her own talk show on a major network, she is definitely taking the world by storm and creating a platform for people to own their identity and create the life they truly desire. I have consciously not spoken publicly  about the above controversy or “Views” regarding what has now become the  “To HAVE” topic of discussion as of late, Because for one my opinion is a strong one, and as any time i speak i choose to speak from an authentic place, and two  I look at it in a totally diverse way when approaching.  I don’t have I what I like to call a ” Converting syndrome” which is the mentality that many unknowingly operate from. Its the mentality that once they “feel” view” or believe a certain way or thing, & once they share those, feelings, views or beliefs with other’s that the other person  should suddenly agree or believe it as well. And if they don’t, Well, it changes their perspective of the person and suddenly they are no longer able to coexist. Which you see so often, with religion, culture, social status etc. For example, let say you have a friend you have never had a discussion with about marriage. Now, YOUR belief is you should marry before children or marry before you live together, now unbeknownst to you, your friend doesn’t believe that marriage is the ultimate gratification for showing you love someone. In the last few months, so many have asked me about mentoring. And even though it is the basis of what i do, I felt that on a wider platform it would be awesome for me to create an audio series , filled with advise, encouragement and tips for daily living, creating a brand, health and fitness etc! And to my surprise it was a huge success! I didn’t realize how much people loved to hear me talk lol. No seriously, Every Sunday i would send over 150 people an email link with that Sunday’s class, and sometimes people would email me if for whatever reason I missed one. SO classes where for 4 weeks and based on the turnout people really liked it! 🙂 which im excited about! Tracy Morgan & 4 others In Critical Condition, after Car Accident Leaves 1 Deceased 30 Minutes after Sold Out Show!

Tracy Morgan, Best known for his ridiculously funny comedic abilities, has the world praying for his recovery, after a rear end collision with an 18 wheeler leaves, Him, and 4 others in critical condition. Morgan’s Friend and ghost Writer for his acts James McNair was also involved in the collision however unfortunately he has succumbed to his injuries. He was 63 years old.

Morgan was leaving a sold out show to a crowd of over 1500 people , In which his friend who was with him at the time Ardie Fuqua posted a collage on his instagram of the crowd, Tracy All Smiles and himself entering into the Sprinter Van that would uncannily be the vehicle involved in the fatal /critical accident. We are not sure of the condition of all parties involved other than all surviving are fighting for their lives at the moment. Tracy who also has Diabetes and received a Kidney transplant in 2010 due to complications of being untreated, is as well fighting for his life. He has a wife, and 4 Boys.

Many are familiar with the group that took the summer by storm in 2010 CALI SWAG DISTRICT“. Hitting the radio waves with the catchy tune ” TEACH ME HOW TO DOUGIE”  and then taking it even further with the incredible remix featuring The original DOUGIE master himself,  DOUGIE FRESH they shot to stardom after being Discovered by DEATH ROW RECORDS artists Big Wy and Darrod Potts. Although the single broke airwaves , it also had a little controversy due to the fact that DALLAS Artist D WILL had too released a song of similar nature entitled” MY DOUGIE” a year or so prior. However this did not stop the group from taking over the club scenes, party scenes, commercial scenes or award shows. They quickly became a  fan favorite. With fresh looks, edgy personalities and the ability to outdance many , they won the girls hearts. Letter To Myself:…………..

See the thing about it is, I didn’t realize how much that “Leave no one behind” mentality was holding me back, until I tried to get ahead with who was behind me. Realizing that as soon as im not a benefit to who they think they can become by attaching themselves to me, they would be gone. It wasn’t that I felt I couldn’t do better without them, I guess it was the security of knowing they would always be there. It was as if as much as I hated the hurt, I had to prove that I loved that much deeper. Instead of allowing them to feel the wrath of their much deserved consequences due to their own actions, there I was willing and forcing myself to be the shield, feeling the effects. Like the whelps from a lynching like that of my ancestors, I felt every lash your inconsistencies, lies, betrayal and deceit left.The love you needed you were incapable of exuding and I allowed that alone to hold me captive. My loyalty became my master and you were its sensei. But now I know the power of truly being loyal and the importance of discontinuing those undeserving’s access to it.

When The World Loses One of It’s Voices : Dr. Maya Angelou Passes Away

I’ve followed your words for years I grew up on your poems, your recent book gave me back my voice, and reinstated a deeper passion to create and continue to write from the heart. It is  Because of women like you I’m proud to say I AM A WOMAN. You taught us lil dark girls what having a voice really means, power in the tongue and being fearless in making a difference while we live so that when we die we are never forgotten. Thank you for your strength, courage and fearlessness & for making me and many other women proud to be PHENOMENAL even when the world wants us to believe we are not. In a Generation and day in time people have lost touch with our core. They no longer resignate with who were are and what our true purpose in life is. Oh no, Nowadays its over sexualized, uneducated, and socially driven on visual desires oppose to people really doing things from the heart. When Passion, Skill & PowerHouse Vocal Ability Join What Do You Get? : The Incomparable Alice Smith!

In a day in time, where true skill & talent is overshadowed by over-sexualized falsehoods of what TRUE music is, it is common to overlook gems. However this belle I couldn’t help but fall in love with immediately upon seeing her perform a year or so ago. Her voice is so powerful and i don’t mean just ordinary power vocals i mean I HAVE NEVER HEARD A VOICE LIKE THIS. EVER. Such control, & Passion with every single note. She never ceases to amaze me with what she can do with her voice, and ability to keep the audience in tune. She is not only a powerful singer but a beautiful woman as well. She reminds me of a 70’s singer, you know the type of singer that knew less was more on the stage, but when their mouth opened and they sung they owned the entire stage and captivated the audience with every single minute. She leaves you wanting more, its an emotional, electric, bold yet still sensual experience you just can not get enough of! AND IM IN LOVE!!!
